UNWANTED. (2020)
Kevin C.'s debut album was released on September 18th, 2020. A record with experimental beats inspired by Charli XCX, like party balloon songs like Birthday's Poem (written prior to his birthday which is May 4th), awareness of the pandemic times (I'll Be There and The `Scars of Little Stars), racism (Electri-City), and for the LGBT community and self-confidence (Violet Blue). It tackles the unexpected events that make you feel unwanted like the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic last March 2020, he started writing songs about it in 5 months. Sit back and enjoy and revisit the debut record.

BACKGROUND
Kevin C. (Kevin Castillo) is a Filipino Singer-Songwriter, Blogger, and student. Born on May 4, 2000, in the Philippines. He is famously known for his songs like I don't wanna be your California anymore, I'll be there, Golden, Simple Cost, and The Equation (Funk Remix) which features Anacreous. His music influences come from the 80s and 90s pop and rock music with the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Prince, and his contemporaries like Charli XCX, Carly Rae Jepsen, Lucas Miguel, and Bleachers. His music and songwriting themes basically come from societal issues like pandemics and unexpected outcomes (see UNWANTED.) and his personal life in the present coming up to adulthood (see PURE EAR CANDY). He also makes personal blogs during or after while he is on studies on working through music it's like his diary that can take it forever (see FEATURED BLOGS).
